While Mr. Stumpf was still a business academy student, he was offered a trainee opportunity with IBM. He then built a business for custom database applications based on Magic and Navision - now Microsoft Dynamics - that allowed his team to develop solutions in a fraction of the time that traditional systems required. When the Internet became popular in the mid 90's, Mr. Stumpf found that what new web entrepreneurs around the world most urgently needed was not software but the ability to accept payments so he built a team in New York and specialized in providing turn-key solutions from credit card authorization to assisting clients with opening merchant accounts to building the backbone to process payments reliably 24/7. After first reading about the blockchain revolution in Forbes magazine, Mr. Stumpf became president of Swiss think tank Smartillions and built a team to explore blockchain investments in the healthcare and finance industry. In 2021, Mr. Stumpf assumed the role of Chairman & CEO of Healthiest Group where he focuses on preventive health technologies together with affiliated healthcare providers, employers and insurance partners.

These new challenges led him to join Swiss think tank 'Smartillions' as VP of Market Research. In 2021, Dr. Rizzo assumed the role of VP of R&D of Healthiest Group where he focuses on preventive health technologies including pioneer blockchain applications to access, store and share genomics research data.
